When your pasta tastes and looks so good you don’t HAVE to cover it in sauce.  Since our shop is located in the heart of the Southwest, we love playing with the flavors of our area.  

We use authentic mild chili's in our pasta.   Toss your pasta with olive oil and add somE Parmesan an you’re good to go.  We hand cut our pasta so textures and lengths may vary.  We think this gives our pasta its beautiful artisan appeal!
