Plain Blue Corn Pancake Mix
The Plain Blue Corn Pancake Mix is excellent on its own. We suggest you create your own special pancake by adding your favorite combination of fruits and nuts, such as pecans and lingonberries.
Ingredients: Organic Blue Corn Meal, Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour, Organic Soy Flour, Whole Oat Flour, Cane Sugar, Non-aluminum Baking Powder, Salt.
Blue Corn Piñon Pancake Mix
The original Blue Corn Piñon Pancake Mix combines the traditional Santa Fe tastes of whole pine nuts and blue cornmeal.
Ingredients: Organic Blue Cornmeal, Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour, Whole Oat Flour, Cane Sugar, Organic Soy Flour, Pine Nuts, Non-aluminum Baking Powder, Salt.
Blue Corn Pancake Mix With Cranberries
Great for the Holidays! This was the newest addition to our Pancake & Waffle mix family.
Ingredients: Organic Blue Corn Meal, Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour, Organic Soy Flour, Whole Oat Flour, Dried Cranberries, Cane Sugar, Non-aluminum Baking Powder, Salt.
To Prepare:
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Grease lightly with oil. Griddle is ready when small drops of water bounce off its surface.
Combine in bowl:
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ to 2/3 cup of milk †
Stir until lumps disappear. Let sit for a few minutes. Bake on griddle, turning when bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Serve with syrup and butter, or just as they are.
